KiwiSaver HomeStart Grant
Been in KiwiSaver for 3 years? You may be able to use your savings and unlock a grant for your first home. Building your first home over buying could entitle you to a grant of $10,000 as an individual or $20,000 as a couple. We have built many KiwiSaver homes and are proud of the personalised designs we've been able to help our clients achieve within the investment cap.
